Oh yea riverhead too...haha. Now another thing thing about tour-types though is i believe that if they did try it,if they were to aqquire some nice sponsorship and outpay all the other local sat night tracks i do think alot of the cars out there would choose the bowl,racers love running there but the money has to be there,and i just dont think they can put up a decent enough purse to make the teams want to do the weekly traveling. They could try doing an open comp race,again would need to mack daddy purse,but they could do the flip-flop again and run the sat program on a wednesday when they all have the night off and schedule it on a off week for the 2 tour series. Advertise the poop out of it,award gaurentee starts as the season goes on and i actualy think it could be a success. Still a risk,if done with some tactical thinking is worth the risk. Not weekly though,but darn i would love it. I do kinda like the Mods....
As for the driver shout outs,well heck i give them all a shout from Kid rock himself all the way down to ride around Rich Durantee. The guys that run in the back are just as inportant as the front runners cause they there every single week having fun and supporting the local racing scene. I say kudos to all that strap in to race.
