Ok i re-watched it several times and did the 71 try to put the block on? yea prolly so but who doesnt try to block? With the execption of Ronnie in the 4 who i feel is the cleanest driver out there. Maybe not my fav but that dude drives everyone with respect. they all block or push a guy up. JP has been blocked many times and always keeps his composure. Heck the 94 sometimes looks like its 20 feet wide. I still say 2 guys not wanting to give an inch and with 2 lesser drivers coulda been alot worse. You will see the same thing next week and every week after only with different drivers on a given day. Thats just the way it is at the bowl. I just dont see anything in the clip that i have not seen time and time again. The bowl has blocking, stafford has the bottom shot brake job and at thompson they just beat the holy heck outa each other. It is what it is.

I wish Thompson wasn't so far for me. I'd go up every week just to watch the SK's. Thursday's race was absolutely awesome.

We were discussing how much the draft appears to work up there. Rocco was all over Pitkat when he was in 2nd but once he got by I figured he'd pull away but then Pitkat and TC were all over him. The draft at TIS is no where as obvious as NHIS but you can see it. I must say Teddy played Rocco like a fine guitar there in 3 & 4 that last lap. And very cleanly I might add.

While I'm not a Rocco fan, I despise TC, he couldn't get by Rocco without slamming him outta the way. Hit the guy about 10 times over the last three laps, it was ridiculous. Rocco didn't do it nearly as hard or as much to anyone else. The crossover Pitkat put on Rocco was so well done though.

Yea the sk races at thompson are usually pretty good if you like bumper cars which i kinda do..... I am far from a TC fan but he sure can wheel a modified. What drives me nuts about him is his constant Bi***ing when someone roughs him up to win a week after he did the same thing to them. Wether it be Keith or woody or who ever. Does he really think these guys are gonna just let him do what he wants when he wants? Thats what i like about woody he says it like it is. Do to you as you do to me. Alot of people will dissagree but TC at the bowl would add alot of spice. Too bad it wont happen.

I heard an interesting statement this past weekend.

"TC is gonna build a car to run Waterford to make sure Rocco does not win the National."

Yes that is interesting. You can never beleive TC rumors until it actualy happens though. It will certainly make things more exiting at the bowl, and put more butts in seats if becomes a definate player. Question is if it comes true how much wil the bowl tolerate...cause it could get ugly at times, highly entertaining though......

Yeah, yeah.... what Ben said.

The 'bowl SK's (save for the Meyers night) have been pretty quality each week, so I'm good without TC - which will be the case anyway despite this re-occuring rumor each year.

the story was more along the lines of, I'll take wins away from him, not finishes.
