G2 Radios presents The Waterford Speedbowl Message Board

I was happy to see so many cars on opening weekend but things are started to look bad for the division. The 30 has left and is racing at Seekonk. I heard the 33 is fed up and is going to Thompson. Big wrecks last night. I don't know what if anything can be done but the track might want to start thinking about it before it gets even more out of control.

This happened last year in the middle of the season when they would get like 12 cars per night. People come and go. I'm sure when the closing weeks come by the numbers will get higher.

yes the track does have to start to do something all u hear is give respect but u get none from the race director. Hears some thing funny the track starts a penalty box but no penalty when the lead gets dumped in the ss there a inconstant for u

The bowl is the flagship track for inconsistancy. It's not what someone does,but who does it. Just one reason i am no longer a regular. Been going to stafford and loving every minute of it. I will be there tonight cause of ISMA. When and if the race directer decides to run a fair program i will go more often,but thats a big if with the bowl. Thompson is a joke too. Say what you want about stafford but they run a well orginized and fair program. They have they're blemishes as well,but are hands down the most consistant track in the area......JMO

Don't cross or say bad things of Tapley..The moral police on here will get you (The "Oh Scott is only one guy" or "Would you rather hae the old race directors" or "Don't go if you don't like the racing")! But I agree 1000% with you luvthemmods.

you like Stafford now because your favorite driver is not being penalized. talk to the competitors about the officiating at Stafford and I promise you will hear a different tune.

Shadow, you're right on this one.. You can't fix stupid..that's is why the speedbowl is the speedbowl and has been for the 20+ years I've been going.

such a simple fix for you Meat Heads. Stay away from the Bowl on Any race night and you wont have anything to bitch about. Everyone can do such a much better job than the people actually doing the job. That is about the only thing thats remained a constant at the Speedbowl for the past 20+ years. You people would bitch if someone gave you a million dollars in ones.

you dont like the speedbowl but you continue to go for the last 20 years?

I hate Wall Stadium, it's 60 mins from my house, I wont go. I drive 4 hours to go to the Speedbowl.

maybe you should take the 4 hour ride to Wall?
