the 17 made contact with the 35 on the front stretch after he returned from the pits. there was no contact by the 35.

1.6) VIOLATIONS AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION
1.6.1 General Scope of Penalties
Penalties for violation of rules are determined by the gravity of the violation, its effects on fairness of
competition, the orderly conduct of the event, and the interests of the Waterford Speedbowl. Penalties for
rules and conduct violations may include, but are not limited to:
Being placed to the rear of the finishing order, disqualification, suspension, expulsion, monetary fines,
loss of points for the event, loss of points for the season, and loss of point fund money.
The Waterford Speedbowl Officials will use their discretion to impose penalties they think are fair and
prudent concerning each infraction or penalty.
The following are guidelines describing some rules and conduct infractions:
Verbal or physical abuse of a race official.
Speeding or reckless driving on the property.
Roughriding / contact (willful or negligent).
Contact under caution or after race completion (willful or negligent).
Exiting your race car on the track without permission from a Waterford Speedbowl Official.
Unsportsmanlike conduct - endangering the safety of others, on or off-track.
Bad breath
Intentional stopping of a race event (Intentional Yellow).
Threatening or physical confrontations.
Approaching the scorer’s tower.
The transfer or forging of any pit permit, license, or documents.
Competing in a race event without proper authorization and licensing.
Any verbal assaults or threats to do bodily harm.
The use of alcohol, drugs, or any prescription drugs that alter your awareness.
Participating in or inciting a fight.
The confrontation and/or blocking of another teams race car.
Missing a roll-call or missing a drivers meeting.
All Car owners, drivers, pit crew members, fans, employees and vendors are subject to disciplinary action
for the violation of any Waterford Speedbowl rules.
