So they had two weeks to figure out what the rule is for driver changes. I'm hearing that when Rocco went into the pits after the caution came out after coming all the way around the track that the speedbowl still didn't know what was going on and made him come back out before Coby could get in the car. This all seems unbelievable to me that Keith and the officials didn't figure things out after what happened last time.

I think everyone knew what they had to do. It would be senseless to ride around under caution when you are going to pit later anyway. The extended yellow to clean up the water made his time in the car longer and made the chances of picking up something in a tire or any number of things a lot better. Why not pit? Why not just sit there?

What I'm saying is he went into the pits after first caution. He came around the track once unlike what he did last time. When he went into the pits the driver change was suppose to happen. But Keith came back out and raced for five or so laps before the second caution came out. Then made the swap.

Was the driver change supposed to happen or did he pit so he didn't have to run the 20 caution laps because of the water on the track like I said above?

Ok yeah that makes sense. He must have not made the swap after the first caution because the board still said 35 and the race never officially began. Those quick first lap cautions haven't been helping him at all :P
