It is with great sadness that we let the racing community know of the passing of 2 time Champion Bill Sweet. His last wish was fulfilled this past season as he got to see his beloved grandson compete at the Bowl in the SK Mods.

Bill, I am so sorry to hear about the passing. losing family is never easy. losing family around the holidays is even harder.

I am saddened to hear of your loss.I have tons of great memories of hanging with you watching your dad race.May he rest in peace and may the memories live on forever.

Bill, I am sorry to hear about your loss. I know what you are going through. I can remember the days of that purple #81, rooted for him all the time. The thing I didnt know was he used to cut up 63ish Nova's...I have one and always liked those cars. That was a good pic Dave Dykes has on his website. Again I am sorry for your loss.

Our entire family wishes to express our deep gratitude for all the kind words and prayers,either by posting on social media sites or in your own private way.It is comforting during this difficult time to know he is and will be fondly remembered. His legacy will live on through his grandson.
