Anyone else notice that the picture advertisement on homepage says SK-35,LM-30 and Nema 37. Then when you go the full shedule page it has Nema going 25. And then you go to the posted schedule link and they have Nema going for 27 and scroll down and it has SKs and LMs going 25 each? Some thing not right. How can they have 3 different line ups for 1 event? Hopefully they fix it soon and post an accurate schedule.

Money, money, money. That's what stops me and probably most of you from going to other tracks. So with the little money I have I go to the Waterford speedbowl every week. It helps that I also live 5 miles away form the track so I don't use to much gas.

This week I was planning on skipping Waterford and attending Stafford for the 150. But then Waterford stacked up their schedule and made it look worth the 20$ they want for the event. On the front page they had SK 35, MS 25, SS 25, LM 30, NAMA 37, NAMALT 25 and old grandpa cars. NAMA going 37 Laps sounds down right cool. Even if they are avg. 15 to 16 cars per race.

But then today on the Waterford Speedbowl web site, they came out with a tentative event schedule for Wen and Sat. And now I'm wondering what the heck is going on. Every event even the NAMA's and SK's are now just doing 25 laps. It could be just a mistake on the speedbowl's part or that they changed there minds. shorting the SK and NAMA makes the event doll.

Stafford 150 plus other events for 20$ I'm going. But if Waterford changes the events back to how it is on the front page then yes. I'll be at the track for 20$ But if it's all 25 laps for every division I might just skip. Who knows I'm sure we will find out in the next few days. Now then ware are all of you going this weekend? I'd love to hear from you all.

edit - Awww crap it looks like when I was proof reading my post LovtheMods posted the same kind of thing before me. Shadow if you read this can you please combine the two post. Please and thank you.

Not for nothing, but it's probably a typo. And the previous poster was correct, it is a tribute race for Shane.

Will it stop you from going? If it doesn't, then why are you constantly griping about stupid stuff? CALL THE TRACK AND POINT OUT THE PROBLEM IF IT BOTHERS YOU SO MUCH.

Yes folks, this is just a reminder of why JP.com doesn't exist anymore for most posters.

I think it's cool that they're doing a tribute race even though I really don't care to watch the NEMA midgets. I hope that it was just a typo because spending extra money to watch a shortened what the speedbowl calls the "premiere division" race would suck. I wouldn't mind if they shortened the LM race to 25 laps and gave the SKs an extra 5, that would be something worth watching.

I understand it may be a typo and I understand the frustration. This is becoming a weekly thing, price changes up and at least down also at times, division changes (sometimes 3-4 times in a week), wrong info, TBA''s all over the place.

Calling the track will help, proofing and finishing the scedule will also help.

Hmmmm I did not complain about the 300, I did not complain about the rain out two weeks ago. I had nothing really to complain about the race over the weekend. But once I complain about money and schedule change for the first time this month it looks like it's a BIG no, no.

Go to any of the news sites on the internet and you see lots of typos from the professional reporters for the top new orginizations like the Associated Press, Fox, ABC, CBS... (opps scratch CBS from the top ones) and others. It makes you wonder why in an age of so much technology we have so many mistakes. Maybe that is why we are losing companies and jobs overseas. Soon the races will be in China and we won't be able to read the ads so we won't see the typos.

peace out.

yup this is getting old. if you have a problem with something that the track can fix, I suggest you call the track. complaining here WILL NOT GET IT FIXED. I'm not quite sure how else I can explain that to the select few that complain to hear their own voice.

I'm also getting tired of the language. yea, there's a post missing because of it. if your post bounces off the language filter, you will get a 24 hour suspension, second offense will be moderation of you posts until further notice, third offense...bye, bye. it's real easy, you can play by the rules, or you can sit in your chair at home and complain to your computer screen.

let me remind everyone again, this is my sand box, I will pick it up and put it away as quickly as it rolled out.
