On May 8th, we'll do it once again - this year with some sponsors helping out for the Suisman-Shapiro Little League Night featuring Sid's Home Run Derby presented by Beaver Bat. The 10 drivers who will comprise this year's Speedbowl Sluggers are:

As we do every year, kids age 6-12 will be given raffle tickets from when the gates open right up to the event. The 10 drivers will draw out of a hat and whomever's ticket they pick - that will be there teammate for the homerun derby. Complete rules on the HR Derby will be in the program that night. This year, I'll once again present the LL'er from the winning team with a trophy and the folks at Beaver Bat will have something special for each of the 10 Little Leaguers who are part of the exhibition.
I'll once again be the pitcher, Jeff "Soup" Civardi will be the umpire and Jeff Williams from JP's crew will return to help keep us organized during the event.... and of course, we'll have cameras everywhere!
