Congrats go out to all this years Champions, and also all others that competed week end week out. All things considered it was a good season.

About last night though I must say i was very dissapointed with that Late Model race. I could not believe they diss-allowed the 1 restart but then allowed a 2nd 1 which was so obviously worse than the 1 called off. Looked like a classic case of its not what someone does but who does what. And judging from the boos in the crowd i was not the only one to feel this way. Nice job by stakowski keeping his cool and not running his mouth. He stated his displeasure in a professional and non insulting manor even though he did get screwed.

Gotta feel bad for Hovey too gettin taken out the way he did. I really wanted to see those 2 race for it but wasnt to be.

The other races were not very appealing other than watching rocco come from the back. 1 more yellow and we woulda had a hell of a race in that 1.

I got to say the Late Models has come a long way from the Bruce and Timmy show. This year they had many different winners, and If they keep on going strong I think they might go back to full time racing in 2011. If they can also keep up with a strong number of cars. But with the restart I don't know what happened. the first one seemed fine but the 2nd one looked bad. Well better luck next time right?

If anyone seen the Mini Stock race last night then you were not disappointed.

To Anthony Flannery and his team. I wish you luck at the nationals. But please let someone win this Sunday even if you come back to compete lol No offense.

Going on it's 3rd year now. If We don't see a pick up in truck numbers then I'm going have to call it. The trucks is the X-Mods to Saturday is to Wednesday. With 7 trucks it was a no brainier why they gave them a 20 lap feature Saturday. Not trying to diss the division but it's starting to not look so good.

The SK's are the best around. Watching Keith Rocco move threw the field was thrilling and If I'm not wrong Glenn Pressel III got his first top 5 all year long. I can't wait for the 150.

And that was one funny but entertaining Street Stock Race. You feel sorry for Walter Hovey but like they say. "Rubbin is racing" It just might be me but I think it is bad juju to try and win a tittle in someone ease cars. Was his car still ill?

let's not forget that Al drove that car for 2 races while his car "was ill" earlier in the year, thereby helping him win the championship in the long run.

For two races Al used the 74. But then he got back into his car. Walter used the 74 for 3 races. Al and Walter could have used the 74 all year long, I'm sure that their are many reasons going on here but we might never know right?

Just some post-video comments on that LM situation - for anyone who saw the webisode, I was indeed confused. However, it makes sense to me now and I actually think what Bruce did was fine. And here's why:

If I understand the rules correctly (which isn't a given and I'm sure Warren will correct me if I'm wrong, but....) on any INITIAL START the leader starts the race at any point between the red stripe on the wall in turn 4 to the white stripe on the track right out of turn 4. On any RESTART, those same rules apply but now the box is between the black stripe on the wall in the center of the turn and the red stripe in turn 4. If the leader chooses not to accelerate within that box, then either car on the front row can go on a restart once the get to the red stripe - which is what Bruce did.

If you look at Staskowski's hand gestures in the clip, it looks like he's telling Bruce the RESTART box is between the black stripe and that line at the beginning of the front stretch and then Bruce uses hand gestures to basically explain what I did in the last paragraph. I kept Rich's comments and the fan reaction in the clip because whether right or wrong, it shows genuine emotions from the drivers involved & the fans which is what we want in our webisodes.

Webisode is here if ya need a second look: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIj6jotOgQA

Walt's primary car got stupid bent when him, Al, and Puleo all wrecked comin the the flag on ACT night. The backup car was junk, so he took over Harvick's car.

Who cares who drove what for how ever many races? The dude offered up his car to both top point men when they were in need. If you ask me that is sportsman of year as far im concerned.

Agreed. Kevin and his father are a class act.
