That is because and some can correct me if i am wrong,but a stafford and bowl sk are very similar in rules. Minor bolt ons/offs,change gear and go race either track. For a Thompson car to race anywhere other than thompson they have to either tear it al apart and rebuild it or put a completely different motor in. I think they use different trannies and clutches too but i could be wrong on that,but best of my knowledge a thompson car is not legal anywhere else is alot of work to convert it over. There lies one the reasons nobody will race there.
