5 new accounts were activated today, sorry for the delay.

7 more activated. must be something wrong with the emails not getting to new members to self activate. I'll try to check more often.

the website software sends them out to the email address entered by the new user. it cant be setup to send to one person. I think the forum is hosted on a server that sends out spam and the IP is blacklisted by some email hosts.

No, I mean the ones needing to be activated. I can activate them for you.

nope nothing wrong with the system. all 12 were spam accounts and unable to complete the email registration set up. deleted all 12.
